Shipping policy

Order Processing & Delivery

Once an order has been received in our system, it can generally take approximately 2-3 business days to process and ship. This applies to in-stock items. Most items are made to order and make take up to 7 days to ship. Domestic delivery will take approximately 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times. We do not process, ship, or deliver orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

MilTouch Solutions LLC uses legal shipping methods, and all packages are sent via UPS, DHL or USPS. Therefore, MilTouch Solutions LLC is not responsible for any order that is stolen outside the customer’s address, lost in transit, undelivered, or mistakenly seized.

Delivery time will vary based on destination zip codes. You can check your estimated delivery time on the UPS, DHL or USPS website, or by following the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. While we cannot guarantee destination arrival time once your order leaves our facility, we do everything in our power to ensure a timely and successful delivery.

Expedited Shipping

If your order requires expedited shipping, please contact us directly and provide your company's UPS or FEDEX ID number.  We will do our best to meet your expedited timeline.


Unanticipated Events

You agree not to hold us liable for any disruption of our service or failure to deliver our product for any reason beyond our control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, criminal acts, labor shortages, labor strikes (both lawful and unlawful), postal service or courier service disruption, infrastructure disruption, communication failure, material shortages, or any other circumstance that may be beyond our control.
