Refund policy

Returns

Your purchase is nonrefundable. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for refund. Please review and contact us with any questions prior to purchase. Your satisfaction is important to us.  We are happy to address any questions you may have.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items within 30 days of purchase if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged product and need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@miltouch.com and send your item to: MilTouch Solutions LLC, 25110 Bernwood Drive #106, Bonita Springs FL 34135, United States.  Upon receipt of the returned item, we will send you a new item in exchange.


Shipping

To return/exchange your product, you should mail the defective/damaged product to:

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
